Privacy notice
Your details, kept small and kept safe.
KairoFx is a one-person web design studio in Mississauga, Ontario. This page explains, in plain words, what happens to the details you send me and to your visit. Last updated 5 November 2026.
What I collect
Only what you type into the quote form: your name, business name, phone number, email, and, if you add them, your current website, a note about what you need and the best time to reach you. Nothing else is asked for, and nothing is collected in the background.
Why
To prepare your quote, reply to you and follow up about the work. I don't sell your details, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
Who helps deliver it
The form is sent securely (HTTPS) through Formspree, which passes your request to my business inbox and keeps a copy of the submission. A second copy is saved in this site's own database so I can keep track of replies; to stop spam, it also keeps a one-way scrambled code made from your internet address, never the address itself. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Both may process data outside Canada, under their own privacy policies.
Visits and cookies
This site sets no cookies and has no ads, trackers or social media pixels. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies, doesn't follow you to other sites and doesn't build a profile of you. Two settings are saved only in your own browser: whether sound is on and whether the 3D effects are on. They never leave your device.
How long I keep it
As long as it's needed to quote and work with you. If we don't end up working together, I delete your request within 12 months.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you at any time. Email hello@kairofx.ca and I'll reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with how your information was handled, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
