Terms of use
The short, plain version.
These terms cover using kairofx.ca and asking KairoFx for a quote. KairoFx is a one-person web design studio in Mississauga, Ontario. Last updated 5 November 2026.
Using this site
You're welcome to browse, share links to it and get in touch. Please don't try to break, overload or copy the site, or use the quote form to send spam.
Quotes
Asking for a quote is free and doesn't commit you to anything. A quote becomes a project only once we both agree to the scope, price and timeline. What we agree then applies to that work.
The work on this site
The design, artwork, 3D scenes, text and code of kairofx.ca belong to KairoFx. Please don't reuse them without permission. The typefaces and the three.js library are used under their own open licences.
Accuracy
I keep the site accurate and up to date, but it's provided as it is. Descriptions of the process and timelines are typical, not guarantees. What's actually promised is the scope, price and timeline we agree for your project.
Links to other sites
Links to services like Formspree or Cloudflare are there to explain how the site works. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.
Privacy
How your details are handled is explained in the privacy notice.
