Hosting
Your site, looked after.
KairoFx can host and look after the website it builds for you, if you need that. The domain, the security certificate and the day something breaks are all taken care of.
KairoFx sites only. Hosting is only available for websites built by KairoFx, for now.
Contact usKairoFx sites only
KairoFx only hosts websites built by KairoFx. For now, a site built by another designer, or on another platform, can't be moved here for hosting. That may change: hosting may open up to other websites in the future.
Only if you need it
Hosting is an option, not a requirement of having a site built. Ask about it when you get your quote, or any time after your site launches.
What's included
- Hosting for your site, with an SSL certificate so it loads securely
- Your domain renewed every year
- Your booking or enquiry form kept working
- Uptime monitoring, and reasonable efforts to fix problems on KairoFx's side
- Updates to your hours and holiday closures
Two levels
Basic covers everything listed above. Edits are priced by size, from a typo to a whole new page.
Care covers everything in Basic, plus two changes a month and your Google Business Profile kept in sync with your site.
Either one can be billed monthly or yearly.
Your domain stays yours
Your domain is included, and it's registered in your name or your business's name, so it belongs to you. KairoFx manages it for you and transfers it to you on request once your account is paid up.
Already have a domain? You can keep it and point it at your hosting.
If you stop
You're never locked in. If you cancel your plan, your website stays up for the remainder of the plan: to the end of the month on monthly billing, or the end of the year on yearly billing. On request, KairoFx then hands over your domain and site files.
If a plan payment fails, you have 14 days from the first failed payment to fix it before your site can go offline. If it isn't fixed, the plan ends and KairoFx stops looking after the site. On request, it hands over the same things. The full rules are in the buyer terms.
